2. Purpose and acceptance
RateMeGood enables users to create professional profiles, search for other users, publish professional and personal ratings, comments and recommendations, and consult reputation information. Creating an account or using the service means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.
3. Account
Users must provide accurate information, keep it updated and protect their credentials. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or used to impersonate another person.
4. Permitted use
You must use the service lawfully and respectfully. It is forbidden to manipulate ratings, publish false experiences, harass others, disclose confidential or sensitive data, infringe third-party rights, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service.
5. Ratings and content
Users are responsible for their ratings and comments. They must relate to a genuine experience, be proportionate and avoid unlawful accusations. Manifestly unlawful, fraudulent or irrelevant content may be removed and accounts may be suspended.

The application, design and own materials are protected. Users retain rights in their content and grant only the permission required to store, display and process it as part of the service.

10. Law and jurisdiction
